If you get it on offer, the 150pc one is cheaper than the 120pc one of offer.

Sealey make cheap torque wrenches, not always with Nm scale though (Kgm normally), easy enough to calculate though.

Don't suppose anybody knows when it will be on offer? ( I think the 120 piece is currently on offer at £99?)

Is a 1/2" square drive torque wrench the one to go for? Sealey and draper look good value, but unsure which ones to get...
pretty certain the 150pc is on offer at my local one at £99, would be same nationally (unless 150pc offer just finished last week)

Not sure on the staement regarding Kg/m for sealey torque wrenches as all the europeon ones I ahev seen have had nm

Anyway, an ideal 3/8 one:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/New-Sealey-STW1011-3-8-Torque-Wrench-7-112Nm-5-83lb-ft_W0QQitemZ110350281952QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Measuring_Tools_Levels?hash=item110350281952&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1683%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318
Both ones I had (first returned as it was impossible to tell what setting it was at) are kg/m, shipped direct from Sealey.

Possibly, as lbft seems to be most prominent on the wrench.  But came direct from Sealey UK.

Not a problem - kgm to nm is nice and easy ;)

Yes, divide by 10 is not to hard (although I guess 9.8 on this planet is more accurate!)

Heard good reviews on the Halfords stuff but personally I would never set foot inside the place again.

Shoddy service is something I absolutely detest.

10 is good enough for me, and no doubt within the tolerance levels of the wrench added to the tolerance in the torque settings....    ....esp as I tend to do most car work on a Sat morning after a friday night, and timesing by 10 is hard enough!
