every one i know is well down (credit crunch??) workmates are miserable as sin, customers have the hump and friends and relatives always have tales of woe......
i dont know if its this credit crunch or something else, weird things are afoot maybe....... all these people walking around with shoulder boards announcing "time is nigh"  is there something in it?????????? :o

In some cases it's also the weather, people tend to be happier when the Sun is shining, alot of people will be fed up of the snow..

Those who met me last year may find it hard to believe that I suffer from SAD... Admittedly in a mild form because I fight it but even so :( :(

This forum has been a great help this year and given me quite a boost :y :y :y

I think the main problem is that it's always bad news we're hearing at the moment! :-/ :-/ :-/

Still.... Soon be summer :y :y :y

i have a mate who has the SAD "illness",  problem is he's a prison warder who doesn't get out too much !!
he has to use a UV lamp every so often to make himself feel better, don't know whether its psychological or not????:-/
