Well the omega i bought set too many alarm bells ringing, had been sorn for 3 month and not driven ( worried about oils etc anti freeze), was supposed to be taxed for 6 month but showed on dvla as sorn - my mrs taxed her lude the same day the seller claimed to have taxed her omega and my mrs's came up taxed on the website 3 days later, also they wanted to meet me at Leeds with the mig on a trailer also at 30 feedback wasnt willing to trust their word

I'm afraid your talking tosh, the T Series while leaky is certainly not known for HG failiure, far from it in fact. The weakest engines in the Rover 600 range were in fact the non turbo Honda engines which were thirsty and underpowered with the 2.3 being known to crack cylinder heads! Much worse than HG failiure I'd say.

Well, just to add a little bit, I had an 827 and loved it, fantastic car I also had an 820, never again, crap engine and gearbox.

Can get minor oil leaks in the front offside. Otherwise good sir, I think you'll find there the pick of the bunch (with the exception of the earlier M-Series maybe)
