one small point though Martin, HMRC regularly keep an eye on ebay traders, i know that yours is a small concern but it theses that they are targeting currently

Mine is also a very small concern - eg, one or two jobs a month max - but I've been sure to register with HMRC, and I also keep them informed of when I am and am not doing it. Can't really afford not to...

Take away ebay and paypal fees, RS money ect - I think £20 would deal with them.

Anyway if you are selling things you own I don't think you are tax liable - fobs are only a small part

you could be right but if egay/paypal spot a lot of activity of a domestic account they will be in touch.
As you say it is all yours, but in the meantime you then have the inconvienence of a lot of question....

Don't get me wrong, i am all for free enterprise and you have found a niche market, but i would also be looking at posting on forums and dealing direct rather than having ebay rob me blind.....

It is so much better than before that i have already packaged up my other key for similar treatment, it will be in the post this afternoon !!"

I couldn't have put it better myself...I posted one on Tuesday and it arrived back this morning.
