Fighting a bad flue type virus that I have had over a week, and now has gone to my chest! :'(

don't sound good lizzie
hope it clears soon :-*

Thanks Nick! :y :y

No it is bloody awful, and I rarely get anything like this as I have an annual flue jab! ::) ::)

i think that flu jab thing is no good i know loads of people that have had it and still get flu

get up the docs lizzie as soon as you can see there is anything thet can give you :y

Well all I can say, because of my diabetes, I have had the flue jab for years now and in fairness I have got to say it has kept me free from colds, let alone flue for all that time........until now!! ::) ::) ::)

You are right though Nick, if it is not getting any better by Monday I will be off to the quacks! ;)

We do Nick and they are usually bloody useless, not wanting to home visit unless absolutely necessary! >:(   They insist you go to their unit in our main hospital in Ashford unless you are on death's door!! >:( >:(

I am staying in the warm, wrapped up, "talking" on the OOF today; that will do me far  more good than going out to those buggers. ::) ::) :D ;)

Gathering the sheep carrying 'twins'.....trimming pooey-wool off their tails (aka 'Dagging') before taking them into the lambing shed. ;)

Repairing my 3 phase barley-grinding mill motor....a faulty starting contactor was the cause....`what a dusty job: aaaahhh-chooooooo!  ;D

Doing laundry, vacuuming, chopping firewood, laying/lighting a fire, feeding the 300 sheep, dog-walking.....and trying to identify why my Miggy can`t be 'paperclipped' :-/

....so,all-in-all; another quiet day for me! ;D
