thats just stupid

thing is we motorist's are an easy target

they don't want to know about people breaking into house's and stuff like that >:(

That's taking it too far, who's to say he wasn't about to top up his fluid & tighten the nut/bolt :-/ If he was driving at the time then i could understand, but anyone could run out of fluid at any time. I HOPE HE WON THE CASE
