Presumably GLS or ex-Plod?

What year is it?

Cruise - easy - fit all the parts and it will work (but check loom exists first)
Heated seats - easy? - I think loom in place, so switches and new seats
Leather - easy/intermediate - but the ones you buy MUST have the same pretensioner type, and also side airbags if you currently have side airbags. Be aware, the chances of finding non Sports leather with seat heaters working aren't great.  If its Elite memory leather, a small amount of wiring to do.
Rear leccy windows - intermediate - the breakers on here can sell you a 'kit' of parts, though probably not a matching doorcard.

If its a 2.0l, then the cruise cable will be difficult to find

for the money spent on upgrades, you might as well buy a 3.0 Elite!
