Im a big Silent Hill player.....

As anybody played any of teh games?

Well Silent Hill 5 has been in the making for 4 yrs so im hopiing its as good as the others, GAME are showing Stock now so whilst im at work im sending the Mrs to get my copy.

However im still (with a mate) almost finished Condemed 2 on the 360.

Anybody else big game players?

Got one but not used it for a month or two.

If I do I like somethign simple I can pick up and put down, sometimes play Bomberman!

Completed GoW I & II. All the FEARs, Dark Sector, CoD 4 & loads more i don't recall :y

The Codemned series made my thumbs hurt & so i gave up trying to hit folk with iron bars etc ;)

Condemed i did not like, but when i got past the first stages it got better.

Silent Hill is by far the best games i have ever played, the reviews say it is not as scary as teh others but the game play itself is just as good.

I cant wait.

Im hoping me and my mate Gav will complete Condemed 2 tomo after i finish work at  4 pm.

Mmmmm now Mr Knight, ive heard alot about the Fear games and i have not played any of them, how would you say they were?  I may buy Fear 1 at first to get the grips with teh story, then Fear 2 another time.

Got about a dozen games for the xbox360, not one of them has managed to keep my attention for more than an hour...

Because that extra power is useless, as games are developed for the xbox capability's.

So only PS3 only games will take full advantage, and there is not a single decent PS3 only game out there.

I play COD4 alot on the PC. I use it too keep my hand-to-eye co-ordination and reflexes up to speed.  It is also a good stress therapy "killing terrorists"  :y

I have yet to decide which console to upgrade to, I currently have a PS2 and an XBox.

The only 2 things that draw me to the PS3 is Gran Turismo and the fact it is Blue Ray.

If GT had been developed for the XB360 then I think it would be a no brainer.

But I dont know of all the Pro's and Con's to compare the differences between the 2 consoles.

Re PS3 Graphics the HD Quality is far superior compared with the 360

the graphics on the PS3 are better than a 360 COD5 is better on the PS3 as the HD graphics look more smooth also the 360 didnt come with bluray at launch and i dont think the games are bluray discs either????

Playstation Network is free!! unlike XBL

PS3 utilises Sony Bravia Link and is optimised for Bravia, ive played GT 5 Prologue and the graphics on that are faultless the only problem with the PS3 is that the controller is a tad too sensitive and on FPS games it can become a problem

PS3 can also run Linux and its very easy to do!
