Good sunday?

Hows your sunday gone? I fitted the gaffers new cd/tv/dvd player in his calibra today...took all of 5 mins once i had gone over to halfords and got the cables...Washed the beemer and  T-cutted out a scuff i found on the o/s side wing and watched dad cook the sunday lunch(must get sum alka seltzer 2mora) and emptied and defrosted the chest freezer and done 4 loads of washing....Now i`m kicking back and having a Banks`s bitter.... ;D

Looked after young 'un, Cooked dinner, washed up -- did the washing -- hung it out, poppped on here a few times in between ....SWMBO is feeling poorly, so I gave her the day off !!!!!!

repaired damaged mortar between patio slabs - long overdue job done. spent moring trying to get buff cement dye which no one seems to have anymore. Have improvised - will see result in a few days!!

As you can see from previous threads on here today i`m not `avin my best Sunday ever!! But managed to catch the penalty shoot-out on Sky. its made up for most of my bad luck today!! :y

It's certainly a good sunday. Watched telly in bed til i felt like getting up, showered, cooked a chicken dhansak with bombay potatoes & mushroom rice. Got tomorrow off work so will get up again when i feel like it, give the Beastie a flick over cook the roast pork dinner i was going to do today. :P :y

Went and "asessed" a clit that a mates son has crashed,with a view to helping him fix it.
Did a bit of shopping.
Went to visit a mate who was similtaneously preparing his bikes for the new race season and getting drunk.When I got there he was working on a bike and just finishing off a 3 ltr bottle of cider,his mrs came in the workshop to find out if he needed anything from the shops,he pointed at the near empty cider bottle and said"I could do with another one of these,this ones about finished". :o
Watched the first round of WSB from Oz,and the mighty Haga didnt disappoint on his debut on the works Ducati. :)

Had a lie in till about 8.30 then whipped up a nice fry up for the family, Bev took the kids to the cinema which left me some Omega time which involved a quick hoover out and check of oil,water etc ready for the 65 mile daily commute to work. Then went and did some food shopping and chilled out for the afternoon.... Went out to Frankie & Bennys for an evening meal....

Had a late breakfast fry-up then wandered all of 100 yards to the river and caught myself a pike just where I expected there to be one. Had a celebratory pack of Jaffa cakes and then sat watching TV...stressful day all-round really, gotta love the pace of life here in Ireland.
