Certainly seems to be more than a grain of truth in what he says---------but then you can apply this to an awfull lot of large companies, over here as well as in the US. Sadly it also applies in services like our own NHS. Trust me, there are still plenty of people there who Know how to play the game and get paid a lot of money for doing FA. They arent all like it by a long chalk but any organization that gets too big and loses sight of the basics of accountability and job performance ...
