i have actually slept all night. so i shall go and wash the car, play golf again as i beat my 12 year old son yesterday(first time since xmas) :-[ :-[  and go and see me dad as havent seen him for 6 months  :) :)

One good night's sleep caan make you feel great -- but don't over stretch yourself --- build up a bit of a reserve first.  A common mistake I was always counselling against when working at the hospital ..... if you feel fit enough to walk a mile, remember that you also have to walk a mile back !!!!
