for 47 yrs ive suffered nothing but pain, beaten daily as a child and now having to watch my dad die.someone who i should hate but cant. fought my way through life through stress, worked 90-100 hrs a week for yrs making myslef ill to make my family happy, i still give everything i have to my x and my kids. ive been ill for 4 months now, kidding myself im ok. im the 1st person to help someone in trouble even though i suffer for it. i keep nearly everything to myself. dont want to burden others or want there help. i never say a bad thing about anyone. ive done things that you wouldnt believe. i take abuse and the pi$$ take but thats all part of life and having friends. but ive spoken out tonight for once and its offended. being blunt, just nasty. or speaking the truth. i really cant see anything more i can say now, and im quite gutted for it. i just cant be bothered no more  :-X :-X

It would be a shame if James has gone for good, but it's his decision for whatever reason. If that's the case I wish him all the best for the future.

But you aren't the only one on the forum mate who has had or having troubles... and keep them to yourself... I have had my own and don't tell others on the forum.
Don't take all this to heart as some do  :y

Time, I think, to draw a wee line under this thread.

James - I think its fair to say we respect your descision to remove yourself from the forum at present and yes, there is no doubt that your valued contributions will be missed by many.  On a personal level, I read and understand your e-mail.  Will reply in the morning.

RichieRich - As in common with any web based forum, you have the ability to say what you want, when you want, and perhaps are typing what is already in the minds of others.  However, the others are perhaps a tad more subtle than yourself, either by remaining silent or wording their responses differently.  That said, irrespective of what you say or how you say it, you must also be prepared to take any retorts that may also come back to you whilst excercising your right to say them, hence some folks biting back at your comments.

As to health etc issues, be assured, you are not alone.  I know of a number of members on here who, publicly and privately, have their own crosses to bear with regard to illness and other more severe, quite personal, matters that can be current and/or historic.

This thread is now progressing outwith the realms of what was originally intended.  A question was asked by the original poster, it was briefly discussed and then correct, concise, explanations were forthcoming.  After that, it went downhill.

For that reason, locking.
