Are there any law restrictions for tinting the rear side and tailgate windows?

Not as far as I am aware --- as long as you stay to the rear of the B pillar anything goes.

Yes ---- any reputable tinter will not fit illegal tints anyway. But limo black rear of B pillar will be OK.

Yes, I have better access to the rear window :y
The only thing that worries me a bit is the windows in the rear doors....will it stay on when operating the windows :-/

You can brick them up if you like, look at an Astra etc van, they have a steel panel there and some bigger vans don't even have windows in the rear doors, that's where your door mirrors come in handy.  ;)  ;)
