Michael Jackson
« on: 13 March 2009, 10:08:24 »

Despite all the controversy thats surrounded him in the past I have to admit I'm a big Jacko fan. His music was and still is some of the best music in modern day, I mean, just try keeping still when listening to the likes of Billie Jean, Thriller, The Way You Make Me Feel etc.
Sooo, I thought I'd try and get some tickets this morning and guess what?......yep, the official site is in meltdown. There are some unscrupilous agency's offering tickets but prices starting around £190.00 for what are probably crap seats!! >:(
Oh well, I'll keep trying but will probably end up paying through the nose like thousands of other fans.  :'(

I heard one bloke on the radio at lunchtime say that he'd close his curtains if michael jackson was playing in his back garden.  ;D

One of the girls in my office got two tickets - third row centre - for £85 each, and is now considering selling them. She reckons she can get a grand apiece for them, then beg the company for seats in our box at the O2 for nothing.  >:(

I don't mind Jacko.  I like his music, well most of it.  But I just can't see that he's going to survive a 50 gig tour or whatever he's going to do.  He looks so frail now-a-days...    :-[

Not my cup of tea but i'm a bit of an aging bike scene rocker. Even if he was'nt a breaked up freak the music is too soppy handbag girlie for me. If i was given tickets i'd sell 'em Not my scene.
Each to thier own though. Many folk hate rock.
