found the ideal diet ..........

its a calorie controlled diet from shape up- and i control it from my iphone. allowed 1766 calories a day and with that i should lose 2 pounds a week, but have done 2 weeks now and have lost 6 pound so 23 weeks time ill be at a weight i want to be !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :y

The first few weeks are always the best due to the body disposing of excess water but good on yer and keep it up :y

Is that all, I just lost over a stone in a little over 2 weeks, now desperately trying to put it, and more, back on :y

Cumberland sauage and sainsburys the best smokey bacon on crusty bread with brown sauce.....Mmmmmmm......and a free coffee from maccy`s ;D ;D ;D ;)

Its been a while since i`ve had a good meal...A proper sit down sunday lunch but today i stayed awake for an hour and prepared sunday lunch for me and dad and tonight i`ve bought sum supplies from sainsburys garage and done meself this little fry up.....I weighed myself acoupla days ago i`ve lost a stone and half since my mum died...I`ve gone from 22 stone to 20 and alf stone..... :(

    I know how you feel all to well bertie, I've put on 6 stone or more since my Wife died over 2 years ago and am having a terrible struggle trying to shift it :'(.

My weight has gradually crept up. Gained 4 stone in 6 years, need to lose about 3 stone. :'(
