There's been a kit available along the lines of the first one but for bikes for many years. Mind, if plod discover it fitted, they'll throw the book at the rider.

I saw a brilliantly effective one that appeared inadvertent.

On a moped, the guy had an 'L'-plate taped below the reg plate.  As soon as he got moving it blew upwards covering the reg completely.

The fact that the thing was too weak to break any traffic laws is neither here nor there! :D
