new tank please
« on: 02 April 2009, 22:21:45 »

my son (army training) just phoned to say he has killed his tank
by driving into an oak tree at 30 mph
he is a bit battered (glad he was wearing a helmet) but nothing serious
i think he is more embarrased than hurt  :y

Not only are the trees dangerous at Bovington, so are the deer.  Remember totalling a nice Vx Carlon there a few years back as a deer launched itself at my car which was cruising at just under 3 figs.
