Picking up a new car @ 7

It's an 05 reg BMW 320d M Sport in grey. Very very nice car good price too wish me luck it's even HPI clear.

Well he told me this morning the MOT ran out in May, goes round there tonight 5 mins past 7 no answer at the door no answer on the phone finally got through to him just 2 mins ago, he said "o just looked and the MOT ran out i'll take it down first thing in the morning" now it's got a cracked screen so it's gonna fail anyway. I smell a rat here, i'll offer him less with no MOT anyway. Probably because I was late but 5 minutes. Something funny is going on.

Sounds all a bit dodgy LSG and no matter how good the car seemed once I personally would walk away now.  There are plenty more BMW's out there! :D ;)

If it is I know the bloke called Paul xxxxxxxx who sells them all over Town, and I wouldn't touch them! ::) ::)
