Recaro Sports Seats
« on: 09 April 2009, 14:25:47 »

Need some clarification here. The Recaro sports seats fitted to Miggy's (The Snug Fit ones with Recaro logo stitched on, and no extended leg support). Were these standard fit to early MV6 or an option?.

Were they superseded with the later ones (wider fit) without Recaro logo stitching and with leg support?

All Omegas have Recaro seats from the factory. Every single one of them.

My facelift MV6 had leather 'bodyhuggers' with extendable thigh supports, but no Recaro stitching.

I think you may have aftermarket seats.

I know what you mean about the Bodyhuggers (what I would call a 'wider fit', got those also in my MV6 Facelift.

No, these come from a MV6 with matching door cards, electric and heated. Got the Recaro stitching on the cloth, the side bolsters (top and bottom) are more pronouced and a slightly tugger fit than the normal miggy sports seats that Ive seen. No extendable leg support though.

Never seen a set like this before, trying to work out whats what.

Ah but there are Recaros and then there are Recaros ::)

The sport also had the Recaro sports seats but I can't remember seeing stitching on them either - retrim possibly?
