OOF Web Sites Hits......

.......are something that normally I wouldn't monitor for the reason that many of you know I know nothing about computer systems. :-[

But accidentally I threw up some information on my system that shows I have 'hit' this site 39,010 times before!! :o :o :o :o

Now that is bloody worrying and scary!  :o :o :o :P :P

I must be doing more with my life than hitting the OOF!  Blimey just think how many times the admins. and others have 'hit it'! ::) ::) ::)

hits and pages are 2 different things ;)

Each part of a page, ie each image, is a 'hit'.  In our case, as the page components are from a different server - our images server - hits and pages are broadly similar. This year, we have had on our main OOF server 3.66m hits and 3.64m pages.


Lizzie Z - how many hits to images server - images.omegaowners.com (or did your utility just go by omegaowners.com)

Its our animal magnetism is it Lizzie....cant stay away.

Perhaps we should do a poll to see what deodorant we all use... cant be Lynx or the site would be swarming with women (according to the adverts!)
