What about if some members do not go on to the forum on a regular basis and when they do come on they may like to look at anyone that has recently joined and would like to say hello? I myself don't come on here that often so when I look through to see whats new I see newbies and like to say hello.

If any potential Newbies are reading this as guests please understand that certain members on this thread have expressed opinions not in keeping with the Forum's aims, and should not be frightened of joining because most of us are full of sweetness and light towards fellow human beings. ::) ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) ;)

In other words they are joking! ::) ::) ::) :D :D ;)

That's your opinion HE - the reason I welcome newbies is because for some joining a forum can be daunting and a warm welcome helps!

Those that come and go for no reason wil do so anyway.

Maybe admin should arrange it so the posts in the welcome section do not count towards a post count - then we will see who the real welcomers are and who are just after the post count!
