Overpriced.... but still worth it??
« on: 18 April 2009, 14:49:31 »

I've just been offered an Omega Elite 3.2 V6 in silver with full leather and satnav etc. Best bit is that it is pristine with only 15,000 miles (genuine) and full service history etc.  Only downside is that the guy wants £3300 for it. I have 2 meegas (2.6 CDX's) allready but cant resist the attraction of a 3.2 Elite. Am I losing my mind?? Or should I just buy it before someone else does.... :-/

If it was nearer, I'd certainly be having a look, and could be tempted to part with my wad :o

How old is it? :o :o :o

That is very low mileage, so either been used for many short journeys or been sitting around for long periods ::) ::).

Low mileage, big engined cars scare me when they are that old. :(

However, sounds great in all other ways though, so I would certainly put in a bid for that! 8-) 8-) 8-)   Hope all goes well! :y :y

I thought that it may have been a late 53 plate. :y

I think even with that mileage he'll struggle to sell purely through lack of negotiation. Regardless of condition and mileage the market's just not on his side
