I usually only go in as last resort or for the tools as they are very good on those and i`m too scard to goto machinemart as i would spend my wages in there!!! i just fancied working on the car today... :(

I see BMW are every bit a stupid as GM then.  But then, seeing as Mrs TB worked for them for years, I already knew that ;)
Never  ;D Bloody expensive though  :o £242 for a pair of front fogs without the bulbs !! Don't suppose mre TB had a discount card did she  ;) Getting shot of it soon though, will get a newer one  :y

She used to get discount when she worked for them, not any more.

resetting an E46 02+ is a rite PITA none of the internet guides are right BMW changed the button pressing sequance around 2002

anyone know how to reset the Coolant change due without a BMW DIS machine? on an E46

Take petrol........

Sorry, can't help, Beemers docs only say the computer as far as I can see, guess thats just the 'official' way

Is there no equivalent of a 'cheapo Tech II'?  :-/ :-/
