They drive you crazy!!!  I was on the blower to sky a while back, after pressing a million buttons to get the dept i wanted,i was placed on hold for nearly an hour, then the line went dead! Bloody furious i was!!! >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(. And of course when i eventually did get through after ringing back, and expressing my disgust at what had happened, the numbskull said he wouldnt accept my aggressive attitude and to calm down before the call could continue!! I tell you, if i could've reached down that phone line murder would have been done!!!! >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

LOL, I had similar with credit card company this morning - forgotten to pay it  >:(, so sent me a letter with a number to call and pay asap. Number provided answered, gave a pointless recorded message 'This is a test line' and hung up.  Customer service line automatically put me through to automated service, that just gave silence. Got through to a real, human biff on the card activation line, but she couldn't help.  So I've given up with the tosspots.

.....and, you`ve only just discovered this! ;D

The concept of 'Public Service' was long ago forgotten......except if you are fortunate enough to belong to a 'minority' group. ::)
