Well reading through the posts all I am going to say is that Friday was fragmented more than it was on the Saturday, this being due to the two tents being split up. On Saturday most folk were in the two large tents once they had been put together, and as usual the normal gathering occurred. Personally I did wonder why neither Paul or Nick came into the large tent on the Saturday night, as it was quite obvious most folk were in there.

Anyway I enjoyed it albeit it was a bit fragmented on the Friday :y

Never been to a meet, but maybe a couple of suggestions.

Obviously fit show plates if you aquired a pair.

and as daft as it sounds, take some 4" x 2" sticky labels (plus a marker pen) and make some name tags up, up print a page full out for all mwmbers that said they were attending.  This would help the young ones mix as well, as they can be very shy for the first 24 hours.

just a thought, as I am the sort that would be very shy at the first meet I went to and sadly would hope someone would come and say hello to me.  But if I worw a badge sayin "No1 Saddo March 2009" then you wouls all know who you were speaking to.
