Radiator Pipes - Help

A few years ago I shaw some UPVC sleeving that had a slit down the side that was used for covering up the copper heating pipes to the rad.

Anyone know whats it's official tittle is or where I can get any.

You can get these from the Kleeneze catalogue, iirc....... :y
