i phoned to cow that hit me and asked if she was going to pay up and she said no
so i said ok have a nice day and got onto my insurance company again and told them she is not going to pay out and i want to claim off her insurance
they asked if i went to hospital after the accident i told them yes and that is on hospital records that we have all got whip lash
so they are sorting that out
they are even giving me a hire car and matching my engine size


she should of paid up i would not of done all this

Whatever it is take it,thrashing the living daylights out of a hire car is one of lifes great little pleasures.
Glad you are going the correct route and getting things sorted through insurance,it will be the best way in the long run.
