My sons bank account has been frauded
« on: 24 June 2009, 19:39:06 »

He just looked at his statement and he said to his mum, there's a shipping charge and a Vodaphone payment on here. She had a look and it's not him )he's on T-mobile and has had nothing shipped from Germany) Mrs. just rang them up bloke on the phone said they were made on the 24th of May  :o
They're sending a fax over to the card people of barclays, who are investigating it as fraud  >:(

Title was meant My sons by the way.

I hope its not Barclaycard, I have been through hell and high water with a dispute with those toerags.  Court is next move. Can't talk to the fraud teams, and they do not allow you to dispute their findings.

From my experience with Barclays I would hazard that it's not fraud but banking incompetence --- wouldn't be the first time they have mixed up peoples accounts !!!!
