I must ask though, was there a shortage of train drivers?  looks like that train was driven by a 'moonlighting' Milkman......... :D :D :D

still have one in a box in the loft,got a box full of O gauge track up there also.wish I had kept my big scalextric though. :)

I have just been talking to swmbo about clearing out our loft for such a thing :y  However she wants to clear the garage of things that will not get used again, Mig welder, crawler, new and still boxed and a variety of other equipment, including my jacks :o
It's a health thing, and they may not get used again, but I still dream of a project......... :y

I wound my girlfriend up today by telling her i had chosen the music for dads funeral and it was glenn miller(truth) and that 1 of the songs was chatta nooga choo choo in memory of dads life on the railways as a Firemen through to steam engine driver and then onto inter city driver for BR.......You shoulda seen her face!!!! i thought i was gonna get slapped tonight  ;D ;D ;D ;D
