about how close it's getting now and that i need definate yes's on the people that are on the confirmed list just to make sure there still coming or if other plans have cropped up and ive had no replys

i have sent a pm to all on the confirmed list so can those people check there pm box please

i need definate yes's a.s.a.p as i am getting phone calls from the site asking why i have not been in touch and asking if the meet is still going ahead

i have got entertainment booked for both the friday night and the saturday night which if the meet goes ahead will be paid for by the site owner but if the meet don't go ahead i will be handed a bill towards the cost of the entertainment as it was me that asked for extra entertainment

this is why it is so urgent i need definate yes's or no's on if members are attending so i can sort it out with the site owner

ive got the site owner ringing my friday afternoon for finaly numbers
if i don't have any reply from members on the confirmed list or others that want to come i will have no choice but to cancel the meet as it seems no 1 is responding

thanks to the 1 member that has been in touch to tell me they wont be able to make it


i just need definate yes's from people so i can give the site owner numbers
if more decide to come at last minute that can be added
but at the moment i need the people that are on the confirmed list to get in touch a.s.a.p
