Only the well-off are rising to the top in professions such as law, medicine, media etc. The government are concerned.

Solution: stop charging such exhorbitant tuition fees and you've cracked it. ;D

PS. Always "Quote" when highlighting a spelling mistake, some unscrupulous people would just alter it and say you were blind. ::)
