A 2.0 elite CDX with velour trim, but an elite grill and boot lid.  Not sure about the wheels though.

 :-? What Elite grill ?  Didn't know there was such a thing.

There's a body coloured border to it, they were fitted to mini face lift.

my old 97 elite had velour trim,as has my 2000. i prefer velour to leather anyway.
