Slow & Jumpy

Is anyone else experiencing slowness and jumpiness intermittently on the Forum this evening when going from threads to threads and posting?  Or is it just my end? :-/ :-/

It seems to be about a 10 minute cycle .... slow and jerky then back to Ok .. then slow and jerky etc etc ..  :(

but at least its working ....  :y :y :y :y :y :y :y

The net in general seems to have  it's moments.  But then the kids are off school now.   :-/
