I agree .... do as you're told Ian.  A sprog like you shouldn't really be having circulation problems!

Ian, you need to provide more details: are the pins and needles in your legs or arms? Left or right? Could be something a simple as a trapped nerve. Let us know.

I did go to the quacks maybe a year or so ago, because I kept getting pins and needles in my arms in bed.

Didn't think much of it really, until I woke up in the middle of the night, only to find one of my arms 100% completely dead.

Only way I can describe it, is if you imagine waking up with a dead persons arm in your bed! I remember sitting up and lifting my dead arm with my other hand, I had no feeling and couldn’t move it at all.

Doctor said this was 'normal'  :-/ Haven’t thought much about it since then really. I just blame it on a cheap shitty mattress.

It’s never happened again that bad, however it has woke me up a few times. :-/

I would always be inclined to have a further opinion.

The time allocated by GP's to investigate any potential problem is abysmal and it seems that the patient must now insist that a comprehensive check is made of any symptoms presented.

It's what you pay for after all.

My right arms got pins and needles again, just started now.

Maybe I should make another appointment again?

Or is it just me laying funny on my arm/elbow maybe?

I don’t know, anyway its starting to go back to normal now (2 mins later), so im off to bed!

Guess so, prob come back home with swine flu though then  Cant win! 

Just wondering, If you lay on your right side for example, and prop your head up with your right arm, would you get pins and needles from doing so every time you did this? If that makes sence

Yes you can. I sometimes get them if I fall asleep on the settee with my arm, in an awkward angle, holding my head.  Arm goes dead,soon clears though.  Caused by blocking the blood flow, temporarily, anything more than that wants checking out properly.

sounds like you need a full check up ian .make an apointment to see the practice nurse !asap mate ?sounds like bad circulation .lets no how you get on mate ?
