Getting excited

I am starting to get excited now Roxanne my daughter is due the baby in the next couple of weeks So going to be the proudest Grandad around I dont even mind being a grandad
 Its been a bad July my Nan died  :( :( last week funeral on Tuesday so the family has lost one and we will be gaining one , thats the circle of life  though

Yes after the loss come a lovely gain and you can again see life as being wonderful 8-) 8-).  Enjoy every minute to come!! ;) ;) ;) ;)

...and it's never ending LFF we just have to enjoy whatever we can of it - hope all goes well for you daughter :y :y

My Sympathies regards your Nan, I lost mine in Novemeber, and as you say lifes circle just about to bless you with a grand Child.  nice one Grand Dad.   :y

Sorry to hear the bad news but congratulations on the good news :y

I became a grandad for the first time in November last year and its a great feeling. Your right about the circle of life, my wife lost her father 2 weeks ago and then learned last week we are about to become grandparents for the second time around January.

Nan was 93 so did not do too bad  I took Roxannr down to see her three weeks before she died ,pity she did not get to see her great great grandaughter  .
But she still has my other nan also 93 and a right old bugger  ;D
Thanks for kind words the funeral is Tuesday and not looking forward to it at all  :'(
 Pete  I am no where near as old though  ;D
