Sunday lunch....

I`ve got me 2 nice peices of lamb steaks sum new spudz and mixed veg on the go and i`m gonna enjoy that with a nice can of Banks`s bitter....Mmmm  ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D.....Wot are you guyz doing for sunday lunch today????(and no you cant come round!!! :P :P)

Just about to dish up.... Meatloaf, new pots (out of the garden :y ), cabbage, Spinach, sweetcorn and onion gravy :y

Don't wana :P :P

Today i cooked some turkey breast, sweetcorn & mashed pots with fresh garlic. For pud, i had home made Bramley apple pie & custard :P :P :P :P

Well mine was certainly different.

It is our village festival all weekend with free food each lunchtime. Todays was BBQ'd Sardines. While I was waiting had a few beers and each one came with a tapa (free food to stop you getting drunk) so plate of rabbit, chicken, prawn paella from an absolutely giant pan. Quite delicious.

I decided to go Italian today with one of my own spaghetti bologneses, but unfortunatly indoors! ;) ;)

I was trying to keep quiet about the glorious sunshine and to boot there was a nice breeze. Our village hall has lots of shade under Holm oak trees and magnificent views over lake Iznahar. The local mayor cooks the sardines!
 Had to have a siesta this pm as I was up till four last night with the horse competitions, music, dancing, food.......

Well I finally had a mini mixed grill, used cumberland sausage and added some brocoli, cauli and peas.    Yummy  :P :P

Just a plain roasted Chook with roasties & veggies but i like to dice & fry a little onion & bacon then pour over the chicken when serving...it works!!! :P
