One always needs a nice flat surface to place tools and parts on.....it also helps when stood on to reach the back of the engine bay...

Was there an accident whilst changing the cambelt? If you look at the first picture, someone has clearly lost a hand (and some fingertips!) and left it on the front of the car!!  ;D

Cant have been me.....I only wore gloves to go to the toilet....it saved washing my hands!
