Elderflower Champagne

I made some a few months back & woe, it's potent stuff :P :P I made 4 gallon & i've given half of it away. It'll put hairs on anyone's chest :D :D

Has anyone else made any before?

Also you do realise you cannot call your brew Champagne because you will upset a few frogs sorry French wine growers!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) ;)

used to make elderflower wine a few years ago along with potatoe wine that stuff was flammable
dont get the time now to make any
