I couldn't eat a whole one. I'd have to keep some in the freezer, in a doggie-bag of course. ;D

During the 1984 miners strike, being a miner, myself and the wife once had crows for dinner, i told her they were pigeon and she enjoyed them very much, the worst thing about this little storey is it is true , i shot them with my air rifle and dug the pellet out and used it again and again until i had enough for a stew [about 9] hard times but we got through ---JK :y

Exactly, when humans are desperate enough for survival we will eat anything, as often proved throughout history :D :D ;) ;)

You eat cows, pigs and sheep so why not dogs, so long as it has meat on not like a chow chow or poodle

I've eaten quite a few dogs in my time, mostly after having a few too many and having Stella Vision ::) ;D

Cant say as i like the thought of eating a dog,but i wouldn't much care for eating a horse or a plate of frogs for that matter.
Pigs are very intelligent animals and could make good pets and we eat them.

So unless you are a vegitarian you have some difficulty in passing judgement on this providing the dog was killed humanely.

If we 'herded' dogs into filthy muddy pens and fed them on any old scraps it probably wouldnt sound so bad.
But killing and eating ones pet is probably worse than boiling the wife into a stew and having her with a nice glass of Chianti imo.
