In the light of some recent threads, I have just seen this excellent guide from Martin Lewis on fighting these unfair charges:

I had a ticket at Selly Oak Hospital. I had not entered the barriers to the car park, but parked on a bit of land by some laundry bins. I received a PCN for not displaying a car park ticket. As per 'Martin Lewis' I ignored it. I haven't heard anything yet......
Are these companies given access to DVLC record to gain the car owners Names and Addresses? If not then I can't see how they can get the details.

Yep. They'll sell the data to anyone, it seems. >:(

They have done so, are doing so and will continue to do so to an ever increasing number of disparate applicants.

This is yet another example of New Labour's obsessive drive to reduce funding to various official bodies.

New Labour has destroyed, are destroying and will continue to destroy - if they are re-elected - the fabric of this country.
