Considering it looks like somrthing someone knocked up in the back yard, I would say well done to them. Now for a manufacturer it needs 4 smaller wheels in each corner and I think it would sell quite well to people who strugle to park, for example the less able bodied, people with limited neck movement(me) and maybe one or two lazy people.
