My CDX facelift was a really nice looking car (when it was clean) but I think my pre-facelift MV6 is a better made car.
The interior is certainly more child friendly with no soft rubbery coating to get scratched off.
The fact that you had to take the keys out of the ignition to open the boot drove me spare!

the back end of a facelift looks like it has been made out of lego. but the front end, sans vx grille, has a meaner stance on the road i think... as standard the front and back of a minifacelift (elite) wins hands down, but with a modded grille and the right colour the front of a facelift looks neat

Had my facelift for a week now (had my original Omega for 6 years before that).

When I walk up to it in a car park it doesn't feel like 'my' car yet. I think the big plastic bumpers make it look like it has had an 80's body kit stuck on and the soft touch paint inside looks dreadful where it has worn through.

My old one just looked 'right' somehow (but I won't miss the pop up headlight washers that didn't retract or the chrome trim on the rear bumper that told a tale of bumps in supermarket car parks).

Facelift everytime, better looking outside and inside, to me the pre-facelift is starting to look quite dated now where as the facelift still looks as good as ever.

Inside facelift wins for me too, shame about the cheap build quality in there  :(

Prefer the facelift in every way except for the front end and grill of the pre-facelift which looks a bit meaner ;)

Exterior...Facelift, but only just edges it.
Interior....Pre-Facelift, again, only just.

Something "old school" and a little more "up-market" about the pre-F/Lift.
F/Lift is more modern (obviously ::)), but has a certain "Euro" feel to it.

Facelift outside, but the bonnet doesn't seem as nice.

Inside, swings & roundabouts, PFL is more dated, but harder wearing, the rear vents have lost their paint

Personally, I prefer the Mini Facelift interior and exterior. The facelift interior wears badly as well :(

Proper car Andy. :y ;D

Coincidently I've just been browsing all the thread on ABS forum. The gist of which is that the seller has been promised £2k under the scrappage scheme and if he can't sell for something similar by the end of the month .... the car gets it. Which would be a crying shame.  :-?
