Evening All

Anyone see the Derren Brown show on C4 tonight? He was doing a nationwide thing where people who watch the show were hopefully going to be 'glued' into their armchairs by a 1 minute film which somehow got into your subconcious and made it impossible for you to move.

Didn't work on anyone in my house and I never saw the next program which was on a bit later, too busy watching 'Taken', a bloody brilliant if rather far fetched film with Liam Neeson.

Did anyone get stuck in their chair????

me and the wife watched it, i tried it - she didn't - too scared  ;D

to be honest, deep down i didn't believe it would work - imagine the lawsuits if you actually were stuck to your chair and there was a fire or some emergency? or what if it worked and then a power cut made you miss the "deactivation" - but derren brown's an amazing guy - ive read his book debunking all the psychic charlatans and showing how its done - very entertaining chap  :y

i reckon he could rule the world if he wanted....maybe he already does?  ;D ;D
