sudden movements and voice analysis are the easiest keys.. and not so complicated to program..

its a proven fact that a person going for a criminial behaviour many things change in body (blood pressures change , breathing will change, adrenaline increase,voice tone change etc etc)

jeezuz, i thought the whole point of living in a free society was we didn't have to put up with these infringements to our liberties 

i read recently that CCTV accounts for 1 in 1000 crimes being prevented! so really, what is the purpose? we've become a nation of paranoid freaks, its sickening and saddening

Well, apart from anything else, the flaw with this idea is that there are already not enough police officers on the street to deal with what has to be dealt with!!!

That is one of the reasons why CCTV actually rarely ever catches criminals; it is officers on the ground that do!
