Locked myself out ...........of OOF!!

Was in user cp,tried to change my registered email address to my new one.Dont know what I did but something came up about spoof alert ? (I think thats what it said) now my log in details dont work.
With computers I am special needs.[size=11][/size] :-[ :-[ :-[ ::) ::) ;D ;D

I would change my user name if I was you, there was a right cretin from down south with a similar user name and you might get mistaken for him ;D ;D
