I played all series of Need for speed.. Great game..

but you need steering eqiupment..

and for you to pass some levels you definitely need to use two foot on brake and gas pedals at the same time..Interesting experience though..

Would be very expensive to try that in real life..

I have it, Looks amazing, drives like pants!! I would download the demo. Don't waste your money. But at least if you try the demo you can decide for yourself.

Yeah - what's interesting about the game is the way it's being reviewed.  Most the magazine reviews show it in a good light, but the user reviews are almost the polar opposite.  As already said - looks pretty, drives really badly, and it's been released too early.  There are an astonishing amount of bugs in that game.  Got placed on the startline without a car...  and won the race.

Is it the PC version you have, plus do you have NFS Underground.  I played that from start to finush and loved it, just wondered how it compared.   :y

Yeah it is the PC version, off NG (Sssshhhh).

I must admit there is something about the game that makes me wanna boot it up again & again to keep messing with the steering settings to get it do drive better but everytime I do I am dissapointed and angry, especially with Slightly Mad Studio's.  >:(

I did play NFS Underground ages ago, but that is a different game completely. No point comparing imho.  :y
