No Mate its a moskvick 412 ( mosse ) and East german car, Looks similar to the wartburg 323 but is 4 stroke unlike the wartburg.
Where I lived in germany there was a lad who put a chevvy engine in one and great big wide rear wheels, looked good.

I drove one of these once - many years ago! Very basic and would use just about any mixture of fuel.
The window winders were a cotton real type thing on the back of the handle with the wire going over a pulley in the middle of the frame and down to the window frame. No fancy accessories on this! ::)

That was the basic cheap and nasty model, if you get the top of the range you get a radio that might have a cassette slot on it and a cigarett lighter :o Lol

My dad had a blue one back in the 70s.great smoke signals and a ring a ding from the exhaust sounded as good as my old 50cc yammy FISSIE
