mmmm many thanks

I know time was short, good work fitting it all in.  :y

Well, it was finished 3 hours earlier than my worst case revised schedule (following delay of the gasket delivery).  It all went back together very nicely, about 3 hours!

So last night only took an hour.

Careful Jimbob, sounds like it's been a rush job, cutting corners ;D

Ljay drove her back from Nottingham last night.

Said she was lovely to drive again, very quiet and smooth  :)
(gearbox dropped out, but to be expected)

I drove her to work today, and was disapointed to get there, would have stayed driving for a long time, great to be in her again.

She is driving very nicely, and seems to have a bit more poke too  :D

Huge thanks again Mark, youve saved her  :y

Will give her an oil change when I get home  (and again in about 1k?)

Deffo time to get my gearbox change scheduled in too  :y :y

Cheers  :y

Had a proper drive on the way home...

SO nice to be back in her, running really smooth and quietly
definately has more go, and the back end feels much more stable for those rear bushes, and to top it all, nipple erecting air con  :D

to add to a good trip home, walked into a VAT free invite for machine mart, need a few bits so come at a good time  :y
