Popped over to the Vx dealer and stocked up with 40L of their finest semi synth to keep me going through the winter.

Its still £10.89 + vat for each 5L bottle on the 4-3 offer, still got a few filters left from the box i bought last year. Bill was £75.14 for 40L

So thats still £13.50 for an oil change, including the GM filter

Just mix a bit of gearbox oil in with it ,plenty good enough for them.

I would list all the parts I have replaced on mine but I would probably have lost a nights sleep before I finished typing.I do sometimes refer to it as Triggers broom though.
