If you saw the game you will understand ...... poor Rep of Ireland  .... they need to sort out this game of overpaid cheating poofs ....anyone remember Maradonna's hand of God which from a Scottish point of view i thought was very fair (waits for the barage of abuse) ;D ;D ..... no wonder i prefer rugby , no pretending to be injured etc  >:(

As far as I could see he kept the ball in play with his hand.   Absolutely no doubt in my mind that the goal should not stand.

In his favour, I did hear that Henry acknowledged the handball during the game (but probably not to the referee).

Hard luck Ireland.

Oooh The radio presenters over here are trying to get a mass army together to invade, sack and pillage France ....
I laughed just now listening to a caller who said he would " rather shave in the dark with a lid off a rusty dog food can" than use any of the products endorsed  by that *******.  ;D ;D ;D
They're even calling for a boycot of Gillette products in Ireland.

;D ;D ;D ;D Makes me laugh all this. Apart from the arguments about money/Sky ruining football, the one thing that gets my goat is all the deliberate diving that is done either to gain a penalty or else have an opponent booked. Ive lost count of the number Ive seen so far this season and yet it is so easy to stamp out-if the FA really wanted to IE do use the technology available to check if it was a dive or not, then dont just fine them (a drop in the ocean for most of those guilty) but dock/re-allocate points to clubs accordingly. Then, watch teams reactions to one of their players trying it on!!Tthe trouble is that some refs do try and take a stand but it simply isnt consistent and , however you cut it , it is infuriatingly obvious that refs are far less likely to try and punish the likes of Man Utd/Arsenal/Liverpool/Chelsea than the rest. To add insult to injury its also the most talanted players who try it on too!!Like to see how these overpaid modern players would fair against the likes of Norman-bite -yer legs-Hunter/ Gordan MCqueen/John Wile etc etc ;D

same as diving till UEFA/FIFA clamp down nothing will be done, i say anyone proven within 24 hours of the game to have been a blatant dive or hand ball or violent foul be banned for minimum of 3 games, clubs will soon get their players into line

I still don't get it why FIFA and UEFa don't sort these things out.
Just pass the regulation if things like this can be verified the player will be bannned for lets say one year and the team will be disqualified if winning as the result.
No need for multiple referres and cameras.
